I remember that day (admittedly it was probably a week or so afterwords as the word got around). Thought it was a great idea. Congrats Vik - you made a difference.
I remember that! I started following the RepRap project sometime in 2006 or 2007, and I ended up putting together a McWire in early 2009. I got many parts for it from the now-defunct RepRap Research Foundation. It's nice to see that you're still pushing the envelope!
