Ease of Assembly Or Lack Thereof
I'm going through a μepRap V0.03 build, imagining that I am a reasonably confident Maker. On the way I'm documenting it and making the Bill of Materials list. So far only 4 or 5 updates to the GitHub source repo. I've got as far as the XY Stage and it's up here if you want to look - not fully illustrated as I've run out of M3 nuts.
On the way I'm trying to pre-empt ways in which makers will cock it up. I am myself an experienced cocker-upper. So I've put these on the flexures to make sure that they get installed (a) the right way round, and (b) the right way up.
