RepRap Segment Pausing Fix

I’ve been working a lot on the RepRap code lately and I recently got it to the point where segment pausing is drastically reduced. This RepRap is driven with Arduino based electronics running a GCode interpreter firmware. Woot!

Update: here's a video from Vik showing the current segment pausing with the PIC based firmware.

Looks great, Zach! Is it really as loud as it sounds in the clip or does your videocam have a sensitive microphone like my camera does?

Excellent work Zach.
And the GCode is equally cool.

no, its not very loud. my camera just really picks up the vibration noise.

plus i had the lamp and a board leaning up against the machine which caused extra vibrations.

Superb to see it... many congratulations.

Zach, try wrapping duct tape around one of the threaded bracing rods where they cross. This cuts down a lot of vibration.
